Management Company Transition - March Payments

The Association will be changing management companies as of March 1st, 2010. The new management company is Beck & Company. You should have received a packet from Beck & Company detailing this transition. Please see the information below about HOA dues payments for February and March.


1) Alliance has billed and collected for dues February 2010. This month will be the last month that we will bill and collect. Your new management company will start from 3/1/10.

2)All home owner payments should be directed to your new management company as of 3/1/10. A packet was mailed to each homeowner that included instructions and an envelope to mail your March payment to Beck & Company.

3)DIRECT DEBIT CUSTOMERS
The direct debit accounts that are currently set-up with Alliance, will be terminated as of 2/28/10. They will not be drafted for their monthly assessments after 2/28/10. You will receive a new Authorization Form for Association Pay (direct debit) when new coupon.
