This topic came up at our last HOA Meeting.
Owners selling their unit are allowed two For Sale Signs. Each sign must be placed inside the windows of that unit, not at the entrances to the property. The HOA Board will allow a flyer distribution, as long as it is in front of the unit's front door.
Planning an Open House? The Open House Sign may be placed at the entrances to the complex.
