Special Meeting on Insurance Payments -- Decision

Thanks to all the HOA homeowners who attended and voted in last night's special meeting regarding the payments for the annual insurance premium.

The homeowners have voted to keep the insurance premium as it is, with a special assessment being paid by each homeowner. Every homeowner will be receiving a letter from Alliance Management soon, describing the amount owed for this special assessment. Payments will be due in full by September 1, 2008.


The votes were close! There were 17% of homeowners that wanted to keep the fees as they are and 15% of homeowners that wanted to change the payments, adding the insurance to the monthly dues.

Remember, if you would like to see other changes in the policies of the HOA and the Board of Directors, we would love to get you involved. HOA meetings are a wonderful place to learn and interact with your neighbors.
